    The appartment is worth it's price. It is spacious, tidy and plesantly furnished. The nearby tram takes you in about 15 minutes into central rome. Mr. Vitale is a very firendly and helpful host. We already have a follow up vacation there in mind.

    Great appartment equipped with everything you can imagine. The terrace has a great view although a sun shield would help. 5th floor without elevator makes you fit ;). very good connections to the city and airport. Great restaurants nearby, very friendly and accurate owner.

    The photos don't do it justice. A very comfortable,well situated apartment as long as you can climb 110 stairs. With an all in bus/tram ticket it was really easy to get about. Andrea was always available for help or advice on the phone. Good local restaurant 5 minutes walk away and supermarket just two stops on the tram. A bit of greenery on the patio would have been nice, but you can't have everything. Definitely a good base for a few days in Rome.

    Enjoyed our stay at Penthouse Monteverde. Easy access to all the sites, yet we felt we were living in a real Roman neighborhood. Check out Da Felice in Tesstaccio for some great food.

    Hi Andrea Thankyou very much for a lovely apartment in Rome, we thought it was a lovely accommodation to base ourselves to explore Rome, the views were wonderful and the weather was HOT. The buses and trams were really easy to use. Im am quite sure the exercise of the stairs has made us both a lot fitter!!
