    We called it our orange palace! Fabulous location. Spacious for a family of four, comfortable and great amenities. Kids loved the english channels, after a day of touring. Fantastic penthouse charm.

    I took my girlfriend here for a long weekend and it was ideal. Everything we needed was there; guidebooks, maps, wi fi (working!) and everything provided in the kitchen to make most meals. The location is excellent and there is a good supermarket nearby and great links to central Rome. Highly recommend this for a couple or a group / family. Its on the top floor so there are 5 flights of steps, but the views you are rewarded with from the roof terrace and multitude of windows is well worth it. Thanks Andrea

    My family and I stayed here in June 08 and were very impressed especially with transport so near as often you are not told truthfully about how near you are to transport. Andrea tells it exactly as it is for which we were very grateful. Lovely appartment. Have recommended it to friends. Just be alert on balcony with young children. Enjoyed our stay and would love to come back also good value for quality accom so near centre of Rome. Five flights of stairs is good excercise!!! Thanks for all your help Andrea, very professional and courteous.

    This is the perfect base to explore rome from, trams and buses are extremely close. the property itself is huge, has eveything you could possibly need as well as great views. the owners are friendly and helpful. Stay here if you are....well anyone.
