    My wife and I spent a wonderful week in this charming and homely apartment. It is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood and yet only 15 minutes from central Rome. It was great to come back to the apartment after a busy day sightseeing and relax with a glass of wine on the large terrace. The view at night is quite stunning . Everything was as described and Andrea could not have been more helpful . I would recommend this property very happily to family and friends.

    Appartement tr?s spacieux correspondant bien ? la description, environnement tr?s calme et appartement tr?s propre. M?me si il se trouve leg?rement excentr? du centre de Rome la proximit? du tramway et des bus rend l'acc?s tr?s facile. S?jour tr?s agr?able.

    LA CASA ESTA MUY BIEN EQUIPADA (TELE DE PLASMA, DVD, MINICADENA, PLAY 2, WIFI...), MUY MUY LIMPIA, EL BARRIO ES MUY TRANQUILO Y ANDREA, EL PROPIETARIO ES ENCANTADOR.TIENE UNA TERRAZA CON VISTAS Y A NADA DE CASA ESTA EL TRANVIA QUE TE DEJA EN EL CENTRO EN 15 MINUTOS. TIENE CALEFACCION, AIRE ACONDICIONADO, LA COCINA TIENE HORNO, MICROONDAS.... ES PERFECTA PARA PASAR UNAS VACACIONES.SIN DUDA VOLVEREMOS A VISITARLA. GRACIAS POR TODO ANDREA, NO OLVIDAREMOS NUESTRAS VACACIONES EN ROMA. THE HOUSE IS VERY WELL EQUIPPED (TV OF PLASMA, DVD, MINICHAIN, PLAY 2, WIFI ...), VERY VERY CLEAN, THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS VERY CALM AND ANDREA, THE OWNER IS LOVELY. IT HAS A TERRACE WITH A BEATIFUL VIEWS, AND NEAR TO THE HOUSE THE TRAM THAT LEAVES YOU IN THE CENTER IN 15 MINUTES. IT IS PERFECT TO PASS A HOLIDAYS.WE WILL RETURN TO VISIT IT.THANK YOU ANDREA, IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE, WE NEVER WILL FORGET OUR HOLIDAYS IN ROME.

    Nous avons ?t? tr?s satisfait de cette location. L'appartement ?tait tr?s bien ?quip? et tr?s calme. Nous pouvions aller tr?s facilement au centre de Rome, le tramway ?tait ? proximit?. Nous avons pass? un agr?able s?jour. Si nos amis devaient se rendre dans cette ville, nous leur conseillerions d'allez dans cette location. Le propri?taire nous tr?s a bien accueilli, et ?galement nous a tr?s bien renseign? pour profiter au mieux de notre s?jour.

    We had a very nice stay in this apartment. Clean and light--the views are beautiful. Andrew was a helpful and professional host/landlord. The neighborhood is residential, well serviced by the tram and is very close to a big market with the moderate prices you would expect to find outside the tourist center. We were comfortable and happy here. That said, we would certainly stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family. Thank you
