    Comfortable, spaceous apartment located in a decent suburb of Rome approx 20 minutes from the centre by tram. Quiet apart from Romaine ambulances (and when we put the music system on!) Decent facilities within the apartment. Some good local amenities but we weren't there long enough to fully enjoy. No balcony but top floor area for sunbathing a bonus. No reason not to stay there again. Owner friendly and accommodating.

    Great apartment - clean and with everything you need. Very comfy bed. Easy to reach the centre of Rome by tram. Takes about 20 mins. Andrea and his parents charming people. Hope to be back.

    Penthouse Monteverde did very much live up to our expectations and we would recomended to everyone planning a trip to Rome. The flat is nice, the bed very good and it was easy to get to town center with the tram. Actually I would recomend for anyone staying at the PMV to take the time to walk down to the historical center. Follow the Tram route - its the same road all the way - and get a feel of roman everday life. The walk down should take you 30 - 40 min. We`re definitly going back and we`re definitly staying at the Penthouse next time.

    We loved this condo. It was bright and sunny, had high ceilings, and a gorgeous view of Rome. The stairs were hard, but worth it. It had everything we needed. I'd love to come stay here a month. Getting here from the airport was way easier than we thought, and there was a tram we took everywhere in Rome that's about 2 blocks from the condo. The master bed was firm but comfortable, and the fold out bed was comfortable for my 2 almost 6' tall daughters. (There was another pull out couch, but they loved the sunny room where the one was located, so they shared. There was even a washing machine in the bathroom. I will definitely come back, and highly recommend it!

    "First time in Rome...perfect place"

    My girlfriend and I had never been to Rome, Italy before. We stayed here and were very impressed. A beautiful property with easy, cheap transport (the tram) to the city. It was easy to get there from the airport as well. It only cost 8 euro using the public trains and trams. The trip from the airport takes around 35-45 mins. The local stores around the apartment were great, with everything you would need. From food to shopping, with in a 5 min walk. The flat itself was very romantic on the top floor. Over looking the neighborhood from the rooftop area. We are very glad to have stayed here, to experience the roman life, instead of living in a hotel like a tourist. Thank you and I hope you choose to stay here when you visit Rome.
