10-17 July 2009The apartment is really excellent (big terrace, view, airconditioning etc.). Location is very good, only 1 tram stop to a big market and 12 minutes to the center. You can easily reach the beach by car. I can offer for everybody. Owner wad friendly and helpfull.

1-10.07.2009We visited Rome with our three children and we found the Penthaus Monteverde very comfortable for all of us - clear rooms and full equiped kitchen, large tarrase with beautifull view of Rome. Air-conditioning was a real redemption for us during hot days. The part of Rome where this apartament is located is very lovely and it has the great connection with the most important places in Rome. We are sure that we will stay in Penthouse Monteverde during our next visit in Rome.

19 July 2009A beautiful apartment. Well situated,spotlessly clean and fully equiped. The air-conditioning was much appreciated as was the roof terrace with views across Rome. The owners were very professional and helpful making our holiday all the more enjoyable.

23-28 May 09We had a wonderful stay at Penthouse Monteverde!
The apartment was super well-located, had everything we needed and the owner's parents who checked us in and out couldn't have been more attentive.
Getting to the apartment from the airport couldn't be easier - a totally hassle-free experience and it is really only 3 tram stops away from the train station. The area where the apartment is located is extremely well served for buses and the tram runs every other minute or so!
It's a lovely, residential area, and from there you have very easy access to Gianocolo and Trastevere, plus the city centre too!
Anyway, back to the apartment, the building is very clean, the apartment was spotless and I would most definitely stay here again!!! -

15.-21-5-2009A very nice appartment , where we felt absolutely comfortable. It is worth the price we paid for it. The landlord was very friendly, helped us perfectly with information to find the place etc. If we come to Rome again, we would try to stay there again and hope, the roof garden will be a little bit better equipped for relaxing.
