August 2014Очень гостеприимный хозяин. Быстро ответил на вопросы. Посоветовал путь из аэропорта, создал видео инструкцию. Нас встретили вовремя. Очень уютная и чистая квартира. Полностью соответствовала описанию. Район очень хороший. Тихий, спокойный. Удобно добираться из аэропорта, жд вокзала и к основным достопримечательностям. Приятно вспомнить время, проведенное в Риме!

August 2014We met Andrea's dad and he is great. Through out the stay if we had any questions- how to get to the major sites from the apartment, booking a taxi to the termini station, Andrea responded right away even though he was away on vacation himself. The apartment is very comfortable, had everything we could possibly need. The 5 flights up is hard for older people, but we were aware of it and prepared since it was worth it for the terrace. The Tram 8 was not operating while we were there, yet with all the buses around, we did not need the tram.

July 2014The place was even better than we imagined - a great penthouse on the roof in the beautiful quiet neighborhood. The host was extremely helpful, we had one minor problem but it was fixed unbelievably fast. We didn't meet Andrea in person but his father was so kind, he even helped us to bring our heavy bags to the apartment.
Rome was delightful, the view was splendid, we had a very nice time and can recommend everybody to spend their holidays at Andrea's place. -

July 2014Andrea and nis father are wonddrful hosts! His father met us at the apartment, and since it is a walkup and located on the top floor, he hauled my suitcase all the way up and down when we checked out! I had been traveling for a bunch of weeks and it wasn't light...Andrea was also incrdibly helpful during what was a really stresful time and with help getting us from and to the airport. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax while still being close enough by tram to city center this is a great spot!

April 2014My wife and I stayed at Andrea's apartment during easter. It was the perfect place for us: a great rooftop terrace to relax, a little kitchen and an ideal location: far enough away from the crazy crowded city center to live in peace and yet only a few tram stops away when said peace is not needed :)
There are markets and little supermarkets around that supply you with everything you need. If you want to eat out, you can find several restaurants close by or go to Trastevere where there are hundreds of them.
Andrea and his father were very friendly and took great care of us. Also communicating with Andrea before and during our stay was very easy and always helpful. Thank you for letting us stay, we will be back!

June 2014Lovely apartment outside of Rome city centre. I think you need to be reasonably fit to climb the five flights of stairs to the top as there is no lift. From the minute we got there Andreas dad is lovely, he can not speak much english but he showed us around the apartment and we understood how everything worked, also there is a booklet that explains how to find the resturants and supermarks. Very clean and comfortable and the outside terrace is the place to be of a night chilling with a nice bottle of red, especially after all the sightseeing. Some really reasonable priced resturants around about, la guardino is at the top of the road is very good for pizza and pasta also the chinese if you fancy a change.There a couple of supermarkets near by. We thought being out of the hustle and bustle of city centre was for us. Thanks Andrea for the very detailed directions using public transport to get to your apartment, we found it no trouble. City very accessible by no.8 tram it takes about 10/15 minutes and your right in the centre. Thanks Andrea for a lovely first time in Rome. We will return.
